Shipping online at Scrapping Turtle is safe and secure!
Scrapping Turtle only collects personal information from you so we can properly bill and ship your products. If you choose to create an account with us, extra information is gathered to help us customize your shopping experience and expediate any orders you place.
All payment information is securely collected using 128-bit SSL encryption via certificate-based key encryption. Whenever financial information (such as a credit card) is required for your order, your browser will show a lock or key symbol indicating that the information sent to the website is encrypted and is being securely transferred.

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible so that you can begin enjoying your new items. Most orders are shipped out on the same or next business day. If your order can not be shipped within 48 hours, we will contact you. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
We ship all packages within canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This ensures that you will recieve a tracking number and insurance on your products.
Orders that are shipped to the United States will be shipped using Canada Post. Any orders that are shipped Internationally outside of the United States will require that you contact us so that we can make appropriate shipping arrangements.
ScrappingTurtle is having a long running promotion providing free shipping within Canadian provinces on orders of $75 or more. See details for more information.
Shipping rates are calculated on the subtotal of your order before any tax is added. You will always be presented with a final bill before any payment is required so you can confirm the shipping rate.
Rates are calculated based on the the destination (province, country) and the overall size of the order. Below is a table of our current shipping rates inside of Canada and to the United States.
* If your order is oversized or overweight there may be additional shipping charges. You will be contacted about these charges before your order is processed. Typically these additional charges are the result of larger items that are on sale causing an incorrect shipping charge to be calculated.

From time to time you may recieve a coupon code from our website. These coupons are typically for a limited period of time and may be found in our ads, newsletter, etc. When adding items to your shopping cart, you can apply a coupon code if you have one to your order. Depending on the type of coupon, your order will be discounted appropriately. Note - coupons that discount individual cart items, will only discount items that are regularly priced (not already on sale). You will clearly see in your shopping cart items that are discounted through a sale or a coupon.
While each coupon may have its own set of terms and conditions, there are standard conditions that apply to all our coupons unless otherwise stated. They may only be used once per household. The coupon itself has no cash value and has an expiration date. When a coupon discounts the price of individually items, that product is no longer considered for customer appreciation rewards.

Out of Stock Items & Backordering
Our website is connected to our retail store point of sale system. This helps ensure that the most accurate inventory numbers possible are available to the website. Having said this, sometimes we go to get that piece of paper for your order and find that it is actually no longer there! In these situations the item is marked on your order and your order cost is recalculated. Once your order has been packed the proper order amount is charged and your order is shipped.
When a large item is missing or out of stock products are coming in shortly, we will contact you about your order. We are committed to working with you so that you get the products that you want in a timely manner. You may choose to remove the item(s) from your order, choose to hold shipment of your order until the items are available, or choose to backorder the item and have it shipped as soon as we get it in (additional shipping charges may apply).
If you feel an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order). If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must email first to request a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges on unused and unopened items must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order and will exclude any and all shipping costs. You may not return open packages, paper, pens, or stickers.
Cash refunds will not be given. An exchange or store credit will be issued for any returns of unopened products.

If you join our mailing list you will receive store updates, sale information, new product arrivals, special events, classes, and more. Please keep in mind that we will not distribute or sell your personal information to anyone. The mailing list is used just to keep our customers informed.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe using the Mailing List box on the right-hand side of the screen. When you sign-up for a ScrappingTurtle.com account, you are automatically enrolled but you can unsubscribe at any time (without affecting your account).

Credit Card orders are integrated right into our website so the process will be seamless regardless if you are a first-time PayPal user or already have a PayPal account.
If you would rather fund your account without using a Credit Card, visit PayPal to open up an account. Once your account is open come back to Scrapping Turtle and process your order. How does Local Area Pickup work?
